You should book an end of tenancy clean with Housekeep when preparing to move out of your rental property.<\/p>

End of tenancy cleaning is a requirement of lots of tenancy agreements, to ensure that the property is clean for new tenants to move in. If an end of tenancy clean is not completed, you could have a fee deducted from your security deposit to cover the cost of cleaning.<\/p>

We recommend that you have packed-up and emptied the property, prior to your cleaners attending.<\/p>

Your cleaning team will provide all of the products and equipment required to deliver a perfect end of tenancy clean. During the clean, your cleaners will work against an agency approved checklist to ensure that your security deposit is returned.<\/p>

End of tenancy cleaning includes all standard cleaning tasks, as well as the cleaning of appliances and furniture. Steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery is also available as an optional extra.<\/p>
